Who Hold it ALL Together…
Until they Can’t.
Art Therapy for Moms
In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and online throughout Wisconsin & Colorado.
The creative space to discover what has been missing and understand what makes you happy in parenting and life.
Does this sound Familiar?
You want to feel happy, but instead, anxiety leaves you feeling:
Exhausted, saying, “I can’t do this anymore.”
There is no time for yourself.
Hating how you are as a parent.
Overwhelmed by having so much to do.
A racing mind and unable to breathe.
Not liking the person you’ve become.
Guilty after yelling at your kids.
Questioning whether you should have become a parent.
If you have another day like this, you are going to lose it!
Every day you carry on, pushed by life’s pace and endless list of tasks. On the inside, you feel like a volcano is brewing for an eruption. But you can’t lose it, because who else will hold it all together? You have work, a partner, kids, and an endless list of tasks needing you to keep the pieces of the puzzle in place. You don’t feel like you have any time for yourself, the friends you used to see, the hobbies you used to love, and the things that were such a part of you before you had kids. You feel lost, unhappy, and guilty for even having these feelings. And let's face it, you're completely exhausted and wondering how you will keep going.
Life doesn’t have to stay this way.
Hi, I’m Amanda,
an art therapist and counselor with over 10 years of experience helping successful moms just like you.
I provide art therapy, anxiety therapy, parenting therapy, and relationship counseling in a creative, judgment-free space to explore deeply. My clients walk away from therapy with a better understanding of themselves. They finally see how to make space for their own needs—not just everyone else’s. I help my clients feel more confident being their true selves—figuring out what’s been missing, slowing down, and becoming the kind of person and parent that actually feels good to be.
“I have been able to reclaim my confidence, get off my anxiety medications, and make huge life decisions. While it wasn't easy, I am so grateful that Amanda has helped guide me to the place I am now, which is the happiest I have been in years.”
